The terms below govern your access to and use of the SingleIoT platform and connected devices.

By creating a SingleIoT account or connecting a device to the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
SingleIoT provides a platform to connect, monitor and automate physical devices, along with related dashboards, alerting and reporting tools. We may update or improve the service over time, and will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you actively rely on.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of all data generated by your devices and submitted to the platform. We process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and will export or delete it on request.
We target 99.9% uptime for the core platform and publish incident updates when availability is affected. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance whenever possible.
You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
SingleIoT is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including losses resulting from device or connectivity failure.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account owners by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
