We collect the minimum data required to run SingleIoT, and we never sell it. Here's exactly what we collect and why.

When you create a SingleIoT account, we collect your name, email address, company name and billing details. When you connect a device, we collect the telemetry that device sends — such as sensor readings, timestamps and connection status. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES‑256. Device credentials are unique per device and rotate automatically. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and logged.
We do not sell your personal data or device data to third parties. We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service (such as cloud hosting and email delivery), each bound by a data processing agreement, or when required by law.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Telemetry history is retained according to your plan's data retention window. You can request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify account owners by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
